Traditional Décor at The Coin Bar & Grill, Eastern Bypass

About this setup

EventsPlus styled a full traditional décor setup at The Coin Bar & Grill along the Eastern Bypass near Kamakis. The brief called for culturally respectful Ruracio-ready décor that still felt polished for photos and guests. We focused on tent draping, table presentation and traditional accents so the space supported both the formal programme and the celebration that followed.

Working at a venue on the Eastern Bypass meant planning delivery timing, outdoor light and guest flow carefully. The finished look gave the family a clear focal tent interior, coordinated tables and seating that felt intentional from the first arrival through the evening.

  • Guest table styling with runners, centrepieces and placemats
